Shipping

How long will my shipment take to arrive?

That's a tricky question these days, but we expect most U.S. domestic shipments should arrive within a week, and international deliveries will take longer, sometimes up to a month. You should receive tracking information within 1-2 business days.

Isn't a month for international shipping a long time?

We work to get the least expensive shipping rates by working through consolidator services, who combine many small packages to ship to your country all at once, and then hand them over to the local postal service. Depending on how quickly orders accumulate, it can take a bit longer. 

Will I need to pay international taxes and import fees?

Possibly yes. If you're shopping from outside the U.S., we'll generally be shipping your products "Delivery Duty Unpaid", meaning that any taxes or import fees will be due on delivery. For shipments to the E.U., we'll collect VAT at the time of purchase and send that information to the tax authorities, so you shouldn't be charged again.

We're always working on better options for handing these charges in the future, and appreciate your understanding. Feel free to contact us about your experience with any fees.

Why did my shipment come from Atlas Games?

Just so that you're not confused when you see your package, please be aware that it will be coming from our friends at Atlas Games. That's because we've partnered with them for excellent fulfillment from their warehouse in Minnesota!

Do you accept returned products?

All sales are final and we do not accept returns, but if your product is damaged or missing, please reach out to us and we'll be happy to help fix the situation. 

Digital Editions

Are PDFs included with print purchases?

Yes, most of our products include the digital editions along with the print edition, as part of our PDF guarantee. 

Can I just buy the digital edition without the print edition?

Of course! For now we're focusing on print editions here, so you'll find digital-only editions of our games through our other storefronts at DrivethruRPG and Itch.io. You can also find them at Indie Press Revolution!

When will I receive the digital editions?

Once you've made your purchase, you'll receive an initial confirmation of that order. As soon as the print products have been marked as ready to ship from the warehouse, you should receive another email with your download links. That will probably happen within 1-2 business days.

What should I do if I don't receive the download email?

The email notifications come from a variety of addresses (such as tracking@shipstation.com and delivery@shopify.com), so if you don't receive them, be sure to check your spam folder. If you still don't see it, feel free to contact us.
